Here is where the headache starts. Initially, we wanted a small house 250 square meters and now we are designing a house of 310 square meters. Obviously, our budget is the most concerning part.
The house will have one story and here is the design.

Wow, that is good progress, it indeed looks like a dream house out of one of those dream films..... great to see the progress and indeed a great idea to add a bathroom. But just be aware you will have loads and loads of visitors coming over !! I guess you have to set up a reservation system to keep track of all those rooms !!
